Snap-on wiring grommet

These snap-on gable grommets are made from a combination of nylon and self-bonding TPE in a single operation using two-component techniques. These grommets demonstrate perfectly the benefits of two-component TPE injection moulding. Combining a hard substrate with a soft TPE seal cuts costs considerably at a later stage, as this reduces assembly times and logistics handling.

And using TPE instead of rubber means that the process can be fully automated using a single machine with zero material wastage or need for post-treatment. This cuts production costs significantly.
